Costa Brava. Surroundings: Playa de Pals is surrounded by rocky headlands, rice fields and a small lake. Further south past intimate coves are the small up market resorts of Tamariu and Llafranc. Pals beach is in a conservation area so no noisy water sports, strictly snorkelling, peddles and scuba diving. This is a compact resort which means that all our Playa de Pals villas are very close to the beach and other amenities. Climate: The temperature in Playa de Pals usually begins to head over the 20C mark from mid April onwards and will not fall below this mark until mid October. Holiday makers can expect temperatures of 30C and upwards during the hottest months of July and August. Sunshine levels are high in Playa de Pals with an average of nine hours per day during the summer months. The Mediterranean Sea will be the perfect temperature during the summer months for water sports such as diving, swimming and windsurfing. Things to do on the Playa de Pals: Playa de Pals beach typifies the fabulous beaches that can be found along the Costa Brava. A horse-shoe shaped bay of golden sand that sweeps into the warm Mediterranean Sea. This is the perfect spot for lounging in the sun, having a snack at a beachside café and of course swimming and snorkelling. The dramatic coastline provides shelter from the wind and there are plenty of small coves and bays for secluded sunbathing.
