How do you get the information for the occupancy of our holiday homes or apartments?
In your own interest and to avoid rebooking or cancellations, we have omitted an occupancy list, because it is impossible to updated it simultaneously. Before we provide you an accommodation we make sure with the owner, that is it available. Please fill out the contact send us an e-mail. We need: The reference number of the holiday accommodation, number of the traveling people, the exact date of travel or travel period. Please tell us your address and phone number so we can contact you in case of inquiry. If the desired holiday accommodation is free, you will receive an e-mail immediately from us, or we will call you back on request. In general, we give an option for 24h on the free accommodation. For a longer option we ask you to clarify with us. If the accommodation is already booked, we will gladly make you an alternative proposal in the desired category.
How do you book a vacation home?
If you want to book, we will send you by e-mail or fax a reservation order with the detailed list of costs. The listed rental property will automatically be pre-booked of your name for 24h. This contract, please send them back to us, signed and dated. The listed rental property will be booked firmly, after we receipt this reservation order. Observe the expiry date in the head of the reservation order.
General
features of the holiday homes and apartments:
Our house descriptions are kept brief and informative. The
equipment the houses and apartments corresponds to the local standards. Kitchens
and kitchenettes in the holiday accommodations are equipped with the facilities
that you need during your holiday. The bedrooms, unless otherwise stated, are for
2 persons, with a double bed or 2 single beds. All our holiday homes are fully equipped.
Patio furniture are included in all rental properties. Houses have a barbecue grill.
For homes with a private pool, the suns loungers are availability, Always valid
are the German descriptions and conditions.
The holiday accommodations, in which the Pets are not allowed are marked. For all other holiday homes, pets are generally not a problem. In any case you must notify Pets before. An additional fee is due in most cases in Spain.
Prices and rental duration:
The rental prices are per week for the specified number of
persons. The minimum rental period of a holiday object is always one week. The additional
costs, please refer to the relevant price indicated in the rental property. All
additional costs are listed in the reservation contract and all extras are payable
in Spain when handing over the keys. Payable are on site, if not included in the
rent:
Final cleaning and energy fee unique
Energy according to consumption.
Extra beds for person(s) and week(s).
Supplements for air-conditioning (if available and be used).
Supplements for pets.
All costs and desired extras are listed separately in the reservation
request.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we'll give you a rental agreement and the necessary travel documents. The balance payment should be done by bank transfer to Spain or by handing over the keys in Spain.
The arrival time is noted in your reservation
contract. Should there be a delay on your arrival, please notify it directly with
Spain. The phone number is listed in your documents. We reserve the right, that
we can rent the accommodation if the tenant is late and does not notify.
Cancellation:
By signing the reservation contract a travel contract is concluded. You can cancel at any time before commencement of the journey. In your interest and to avoid misunderstandings, we strongly advise you to resign in writing, by a registered letter or fax. Crucial to the cancellation date is the receipt of notice of withdrawal of the trip with us. If the traveler wants to cancel his rent, respectively he does not come to Spain without a cancellation, we must bill the following cancellation fees.
Cancellation up to 61 days before arrival
= 10% of the rent
Cancellation from the 60. - 35. day before arrival = 50 % of
the rent
Cancellation from the 34. - 02. day before arrival = 80 % of
the rent
For a later cancellation will be charged the full rental price
If we can manage to convey the object again
for the booked travel period, are to pay 10% of the rental price as a handling fee,

insurance on our website.
